Foster a culture of core value recognition by sharing on your organization’s dashboard (for all user roles).

ALL users can view ALL recognition given to everyone in the organization.

This screen shot includes the name of the recognized individual, what they were recognized for and a count for number of Likes.

See everything your employee has been recognized for throughout the year on their performance review.

When Recognition is given, an email is sent to the Employee being recognized, the employee's manager, and the account Administrator.

Tips:

  • Recognize someone their first week to welcome them and let the team know how they are getting off to a great start.

  • Make Recognition Frequent (Why only recognize someone once a year?)

  • Make Recognition Specific (Keep in mind everyone in the organization can see this.)

  • Make Recognition Personal (Ask yourself - Would this employee like to be recognized in front of the entire company?)

Who can flag to remove recognition? Administrative and Super users and the Primary Manager of the employee being recognized. Click here for details.

Dashboard Recognition

  • When viewing your own Dashboard, you will see the most recent recognition records where you both received and provided recognition.

  • When viewing your Team Dashboard, you will see the most recent recognition records where your team both received and provided recognition.

  • When viewing your Organization Dashboard, you will see the most recent recognition records for all users in the organization.
